1. Coaching Services & Disclaimer

I, Aiden Espada, on behalf of The Beast Academy Enterprises LLC, and our team of certified coaches, provide fitness, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle coaching.

Our coaching staff may include Assistant Coaches and Mindset Coaches who operate under the supervision and direction of The Beast Academy.

All services are delivered as part of The Beast Academy’s structured programs. Individual coaches are not acting as independent providers or licensed healthcare professionals.

I am not a doctor, registered dietitian, or mental-health professional. The coaching provided is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

Clients are responsible for consulting licensed healthcare providers when necessary. Coaching is meant to support—not replace—professional medical advice.

By participating, you assume full responsibility for your own health decisions and release The Beast Academy Enterprises LLC, Aiden Espada, and all associated team members from any liability related to your participation.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

All coaching program sales are final and non-refundable.

By enrolling, you agree to complete the full commitment term (six to twelve months, as discussed).

Early cancellation does not release you from financial obligations.

Payments are collected automatically based on the plan selected.

Subscription services must be canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date by emailing [email protected].

No partial refunds or prorated billing will be issued.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

Except for the money-back guarantee outlined below, all coaching purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you complete every assigned workout, submit each required check-in, and follow the provided nutrition plan in full—but do not achieve measurable results—The Beast Academy will refund 100% of your payment and buy you dinner so you still have something good to say about us.

Results vary based on individual effort, health history, and commitment level.

4. Confidentiality & Use of Photos

All personal information and communication with The Beast Academy are kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

By enrolling, you grant The Beast Academy permission to use your before-and-after photos for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your full name or identifying details will never be shared publicly without your written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, PDFs, graphics, and written content, are the exclusive property of The Beast Academy Enterprises LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Beast Academy Enterprises LLC, Aiden Espada, and all team members are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in our coaching programs or use of our materials.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, specifically Maricopa County (Phoenix).

Any disputes will be resolved under Arizona law.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The most current version will always appear on this page.
